A customer is the most important person for Benalu,
Should he appears personally, or by mail, or by phone a Customer is never disturbing us.

He does not stop our work,
We are not doing him a favour by serving him but he does us a favour by giving us the opportunity to meet his needs

Declaration of the General Management

The satisfaction of our customers constitutes an essential strategic priority
of our Company. This objective will be achieved only by:

  • a permanent improvement of the respect of our delivery times and conformity of our products.
  • regular analysis of our competitors.
  • evolution of our products and our means according to the standard or specific needs of our customers.
  • a systematic adjustment of our processes to improve reliability and performance
  • a Company culture centred on the evolution of internal competences and a daily management of Staff safety.

Four major axes contribute to the achievement of these objectives:

  • a global and coherent policy defined and pursued by the General Management in respect of a continuous improvement.
  • the implication of each one in the implementation of this policy
  • the definition and the implementation of the procedures necessary to formalize and control this policy
  • the permanent follow-up of the reliability of the systems set up in order to define continuous improvements.

In this scope, we want to achieve the position of a leader while offering the optimized solutions to the market of bulk transport.

ISO 9001 Certification

2001 - ISO 9001Certification: 2000 by the BV. design, production, marketing of solutions of bulk transport.

2004 - Extension of the fields of Certification by the support of After Sales for all its products and equipment.

ISO 9001 Certification

Certified ISO 9001 version 2000, we are audited by the BV every 6 months. Management by quality is a value developed in the daily work of the company. The step of continuous improvement is lived day after day by the whole staff.

The participation of everyone

Throughout the general activity, everyone is either customer or supplier within the company. Everyone must act at any time in a responsible way by carrying out the task he has to do in accordance with its partner who knows exactly what he is expecting and for which date. So that the exchange between people is carrying richness and mutual respect, the conditions of this exchange is defined, included/understood and accepted within our Company.
